At The Temp PA, we understand that every client’s needs are unique, which is why our pricing is flexible and transparent. You can choose the model that works best for your business:

Flexible Hours (Timesheet): If your needs fluctuate or you prefer to pay only for the time you use, we can invoice monthly based on actual hours worked. Each hour is carefully tracked and managed via a timesheet you can access anytime, giving you full visibility and control. We can also set a maximum number of hours per month to ensure during busy months, you’re still sticking to your budget.

Monthly Retainer Packages: For clients who want consistent support, we offer three simple retainer options, billed monthly:

  • 10 hours per month – £350

  • 20 hours per month – £700

  • 40 hours per month – £1,400

These packages give you dedicated VA time each month, fully aligned with your priorities. Your VA will work efficiently and strategically, helping you save time, focus on growth, and stay on top of everything that matters most.

The Temp PA’s founder, Georgia Mills, has supported numerous start-up companies, some even from day one of launching, and therefore has the experience and knowledge to assist your business in it’s initial stages. As an experienced manager, Georgia has trained junior EA’s to understand the start-up world in order to support at an impeccable level. The best part? These junior EA’s will more often that not be better suited to a start-ups budget, giving you the skills required whilst remaining financially sustainable.

It’s simple- you let us know what your company does and where you want to be in 1 year’s time. If you’re not entirely sure what that looks like, we can discuss this by analysing your obstacles and opportunities. We’ll then provide a basic timeline of how your assistant can help you achieve that. You will have a designated EA selected from our team based on skill set and your requirements, but it will always be someone who has previous experience supporting in a start-up capacity.
