PRICING
At The Temp PA, we understand that every client’s needs are unique, which is why our pricing is flexible and transparent. You can choose the model that works best for your business:
Flexible Hours (Timesheet): If your needs fluctuate or you prefer to pay only for the time you use, we can invoice monthly based on actual hours worked. Each hour is carefully tracked and managed via a timesheet you can access anytime, giving you full visibility and control. We can also set a maximum number of hours per month to ensure during busy months, you’re still sticking to your budget.
Monthly Retainer Packages: For clients who want consistent support, we offer three simple retainer options, billed monthly:
10 hours per month – £400
20 hours per month – £800
40 hours per month – £1,600
These packages give you dedicated VA time each month, fully aligned with your priorities. Your VA will work efficiently and strategically, helping you save time, focus on growth, and stay on top of everything that matters most. Most of our long-term clients work with us on 20–40 hour retainers, allowing for consistent, proactive support.

FIXED PACKAGES
Inbox & Operations Reset
8–10 hours | £350
A focused, two-day intensive designed to clear backlog and restore structure.
This package includes a full inbox clean-up, email filtering and labelling, follow-up tracking, file and document organisation, and the creation of simple workflows to support day-to-day operations. The same can also be done for the connected calendar if required. You’ll receive a clear handover document outlining systems and priorities, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Ideal for founders who feel overwhelmed by admin and need a practical reset.
Interim Support Sprint
15–20 hours | £600–£750
Short-term, high-commitment support during busy periods, transitions, or temporary gaps where an existing VA is on leave or unavailable.
This package provides dedicated assistance across inbox and calendar management, project coordination, client communications, operational support, and priority management. It is designed to stabilise workload and maintain momentum during high-pressure periods, without the need for long-term contracts.
Ideal for launches, seasonal peaks, staff absence, or periods of rapid growth.
Accountability & Execution Support
6–10 hours | £250–£400
Structured planning and hands-on support to turn intentions into completed work.
This package begins with a planning session to define priorities, followed by task breakdown, shared tracking, regular check-ins, and practical execution support. Where appropriate, tasks can be delegated and completed on your behalf, ensuring progress continues between sessions. We recommend this being carried out within a 1-2 week period to keep momentum going.
